Andrew also works closely with major United States, Canadian, and European Law firms in cross-border mergers and acquisitions; the structuring of international corporate financial transactions, including the preparation of legal documentation, the review of legal documentation, perfecting security given in respect of the financing, and the provision of legal advice and legal opinions.
